A story in Saturday’s paper listing grand jury indictments in Aroostook County incorrectly listed Donna O. White, 57, as having been indicted for stealing drugs. District Attorney Neale Adams said Monday that the Donna O. White listed was not the person charged with the offense and should not have been listed as indicted. He said his office intended to list a person with a similar name and different birth date. He expressed apologies for the error.
In a March 4 story about celebrity chef Robert Irvine, The Associated Press, relying on a statement from the Food Network, reported erroneously that Irvine said he exaggerated details of his time cooking at the White House. Irvine says he did exaggerate details regarding his work for Britain’s Royal Family, but not his White House service, according to the Food Network.
A picture of Ashlyn Chesney of Hampden, which appeared in Saturday’s editions after she won the Lord & Taylor Model Search, should have been credited to fashion photographer Lia Chang.
