PRESQUE ISLE – Eileen Carey of the Maine Winter Sports Center will lead a Nordic walking club, now being formed in Presque Isle. The group will meet at noon Tuesdays in Gentile Hall at the University of Maine at Presque Isle, beginning Tuesday, Oct. 30, and continuing through Dec. 18.

An informational meeting will be held at 6 tonight at Mojo, 719 Main St. All participants will receive a pair of fitted walking poles and a Craft brand Pro Warm Base Layer for warmth and ventilation.
