CASTINE – Maine Maritime Academy is seeking nominations from the public for student life awards. These are meant to honor truly distinctive and exceptional students who have contributed to MMA or the community at large.

The winners will be announced at the sixth annual Participation and Leadership Awards Banquet on Monday, April 9.

Nomination forms will be accepted through Feb. 26 and can be found at the Castine Variety Store, Castine town hall, T&C Market and Witherle Memorial Library.

Forms should be returned to the MMA Conferences Department in Curtis Hall or mailed to Amy Gutow, director of conferences and assistant director of student services, Maine Maritime Academy, Castine 04420.
