Mark Grubb

ORONO – Mark Grubb recorded a hole-in-one at Penobscot Valley Country Club on Aug. 19. Grubb used a 4-iron on the 168-yard sixth hole. The ace was witnessed by Michael Rair, Joe Alvarez and George Jacobson.

Charlie Decker

MILO – Charlie Decker of Brownville Junction recorded a hole-in-one Sunday on the 150-yard second hole at Katahdin Country Club. Decker used a 7-iron and the ace was witnessed by Jerry Shields, Dan Sickler and Steve Andrews.
