City Council flip-flops

Flip-flop. This is what the present City Council does.

We purchase land for a police station downtown so that people can find it, also so that the elderly and handicapped are not shut out and then comes another flip-flop.

Platinum Plus – everything in order – then two days later, a special meeting, and another flip-flop. Why is it that they cannot make up their minds and stick with it?

With the police station in “no-man’s land,” how are tourists going to find it? Having traveled in 40 states, I’ve found that the police stations were always easy to locate, to get information about lodging andrestaurants.

Maine, as a tourist state, will be only a big joke with nothing to accommodate the traveling public and its own citizens. When election time comes, the people will remember who flip-flopped on this police station location.
