BANGOR – The Penquis Community Action Program is offering an “Incubator Without Walls” small-business course 9:30 a.m.-noon every other Wednesday, March 10-June 16, at Fleet Bank on Main Street.

The free program helps individuals start and expand businesses with five or fewer employees and teaches basics of good management, planning, effective marketing and financial control to lead to increased growth and profits.

There will be an informational meeting 9:30-11 a.m. Wednesday, March 3, at Fleet Bank.
