Who needs the hassle?

In regard to Eastern Maine Medical Center’s new pre-registration billing practice; because of a cancellation, I had to pre-register on two consecutive days. When I called the second time, I was put on hold. Another pre-recorded message repeatedly informed me if I had not pre-registered in the last three months I needed to have additional information ready to update the records.

My time is as valuable as theirs, and I don’t need the hassle when I’m ill. There are other billing departments that require much less work.
