GREENVILLE – The Moosehead Historical Museum will sponsor a trip to St. Andrews-by-the-Sea, a historic village on the shores of Passamaquoddy Bay in New Brunswick on July 17.
The trip will include an hour-long tour of the region with a local guide and lunch at the Kingsbrae Horticultural Garden, a 17-acre site overlooking Ministers Island and the ocean. There also will be time for shopping at the waterfront shops.
The group also will visit St. Stephen, New Brunswick where a stop will be made at the Ganong Chocolate Museum.
Stops will be made in Monson, Abbot, Guilford, Dover-Foxcroft and Bangor. Cost, including transportation, admissions and lunch, is $75 per person. Reservations must be made by calling 695-2909, or e-mailing history@midmaine.com.
