Hilton N. Carter and Rachel J. Carter, both of Blaine, married in Blaine, Sept. 10, 1994; custody of three children to the mother.

David Collins of Mars Hill and Cynthia J. Collins of Bridgewater, married in Blaine, Aug. 22, 1992, custody of one child to the mother.

Stephen J. Howe and Patricia A. Howe, both of Presque Isle, married in Presque Isle, Sept. 13, 1980, custody of two children to the mother.

Gary E. Helstrom and Connie Helstrom, both of Fort Fairfield, married in Limestone, Aug. 10, 1974.

Paul McKinney of Addison and Lorraine McKinney of Mars Hill, married in Houlton, Aug. 21, 1971.
