Hunter leads Mustangs to victory over Eagles

THORNDIKE – Freshman guard Lindsey Hunter, all 5-foot-1 of her, ended the first game of her career by scoring a basket off a rebound and hitting two free throws for the last four points in Mount View’s 52-49 schoolgirl basketball win over Camden Hills Tuesday night.

Megan Swanson led the Mustangs with 16 points. Danielle Mayer added 14.

Karinna Russo scored a game-high 17 points for the Windjammers and Lauren Withey had 10.
