We are working hard to pay off our credit cards so we can retire in two or three years. We are slowly but surely paying them off to be free of them. Our biggest gripe is the interest rate.
On our MBNA bill this month our interest rates went from 16.99 percent to 24.98 percent in just one month without warning. I am ashamed to admit I worked for this bank. Are we the only ones for whom the interest rate increases or are there more out there? Will this happen again, one year from now?
Hopefully, this will get checked into as soon as possible. We always check our statements every month; do you?
