Santa’s Helper fund surpasses 10 percent of goal

The following contributions have raised the Santa’s Helper Fund past 10 percent of its goal. Our hope is to meet or surpass $50,000 by Dec. 31. If you are considering giving a donation, please send it today and join the following people and organizations who are sharing with others this holiday season:

Gail Penrose of Bangor donated 10; Priscilla Smith of Hampden sent $50 in memory of Norris E. Smith and Earl G. Folster; Debra Welch of Dixmont gave $25; anonymous in Blue Hill contributed $25; anonymous in Bangor donated $50; and Ernest M. Black of Brooksville sent $50.

Marnie Ward of Medway donated $25 in memory of Karl Ward, Sr.; Maine Auto Search of Old Town contributed $100 in memory of James and Theresa Emerson and Leslie and Lula Lincoln; the Svec family of Eastbrook sent $50; Pamela Pittman of Machias gave $100; June N. Mr. and Mrs. Leslie White of Southwest Harbor gave $25; anonymous in Penobscot donated $50; E.R. Rittmeyer of Blue Hill donated $35; Camille Rouleau of Madawaska contributed $50 in memory of Richard Rouleau; Paul L.
