What Kirkpatrick said

This is in response to the “liberal dogma” of Margaret Cruikshank’s letter (BDN June 2). She called Jeane Kirkpatrick an “absurd, racist stereotype” for saying the Chinese do not value life. In this case, Kirkpatrick is referring to the citizens of China, not to the race. If Kirkpatrick had made the same statement, would it have been racist or stereotypical? Of course not. Ms. Cruikshank is spewing her ill thought-out opinion as liberals so often do. Floyd Moss Perham
