PRESQUE ISLE – Kelly Dow of Dover-Foxcroft scored 14 of her 18 points in the second half Wednesday night to propel Husson College to an 87-50 women’s basketball win over the University of Maine-Presque Isle.

The Braves outscored the Owls 37-20 in the period with nine players contributing to help them take the lead for good.

Kelly Dow of Calais scored 16 points for the Braves, Katie Nye added 13, and Liza Doughty had 11.

Lori Morrow led UMPI with 14 points.
