PRESQUE ISLE – Stephanie Huff and Michelle Young combined for 23 second-half points to lead the University of Maine-Presque Isle Owls to a 59-44 women’s basketball win over the Maine Maritime Academy Mariners Friday.

Huff netted a game-high 19 points to go with 16 rebounds for UMPI. Young added 16 points and 13 rebounds and Heather Von Oesen scored 10.

Monica Ratliff led Maine Maritime Academy of Castine with 17 points and Stacey Ryan contributed 15.
