Joel Hodsdon, 47, Greenville, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, not guilty.

Richard Smith, 37, Bangor, forgery, 18 months to the Department of Corrections.

Fred Glidden, 42, Bath, illegal hunting of moose, dismissed; and failure to attach a registration tag to moose, $100.

Richard Davis, 44, Brownville, assault, not guilty.

Carl Vainio, Guilford, assault, seven days in jail, $1,000. Although not part of the sentence, Vainio agreed to make restitution to Guilford Town Manager Robert Littlefield for his medical expenses, agreed to make a $2,000 donation to DARE and agreed to deed a right-of-way over his property to land owned by Littlefield.

Charles Greene, 67, Dexter, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, 180 days in jail with all but 12 days suspended, one year probation, $400, one year suspension of license; refusal to sign uniform traffic ticket, 48 hours in jail to be served concurrently.

Nester Beckwith, 44, Greenville, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $450.

Gerald Woolridge, 30, Williamsburg, trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

David E. Chapman, 15, Palmyra, purchase-possession of tobacco by minor, 10 hours of community service.

Trista M. McGibney, 27, Etna, failure to register motor vehicle operating on public way, $100.
