An article that ran Jan. 2 about treating animals homeopathically contained in incorrect definition of homeopathy. It should have been defined as “the use of minute amounts of naturally occurring substances to stimulate the immune system, such as minerals, plant extracts and other natural compounds.”

The article also incorrectly referred to belladonna as a mineral. It is a plant.
