LEVANT — The planning board approved 4-1 Wednesday the final site plan for the 30-lot Willow Brook Mobile Home Park on the corner of South Levant and Overlock roads.
Developer Terry Cliff said he would begin construction in May. The park will be the largest mobile home park and the largest subdivision in town.
Board members Luke Finley, Jim Beyer, Mark Leathers and Joe Delorenzo voted to approve the plan. Cheryl Quinn, who voted against the plan, declined to give a reason.
Wednesday’s meeting was the culmination of an approval process that began in November 1996.
Although Cliff had submitted a final plan in September, the planning board deemed it incomplete because it did not include a nitrate study or a performance guarantee or bond.
