Jack Wyman presents a real conundrum with his question “there is a morally persuasive argument on both sides for the undecided voter: `Am I going to vote to sanction immoral, perverted behavior, or justice and fairness for all of God’s creation?’ ” But is it really a conundrum?
Christ teaches not to be judges (in fact, warns against it). Deciding that someone is immoral or perverted is making a judgment, which goes directly against the Bible’s teaching. However, offering justice and fairness (not to mention compassion and generosity) are at the core of Christian principles. Ken Scott Honolulu, Hawaii
