No sooner had I pulled out into Hammond Street, a beautiful little black and white kitten sprang out into traffic. At 25 mph I thought the car in front of me could stop in time. Not so. The little kitten was too quick at chasing falling leaves. Was it the driver’s fault? I think not!

All kitties should be safely kept in their own yards, by their caretakers, off the sreets. I feel sorry for that poor neglected kitty, and so many others like her too. Anne Ferguson Bangor
