SEDGWICK — Bangor police Officer Dan Frazell will present a three-hour program for parents and teachers, “All in the Name of Rock and Roll,” 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, at Sedgwick Elementary School.

The presentation examines effects of modern music on children but sponsors said it neither endorses nor supports censorship.
