COREA — Linda Thibault will be installed as the new postmaster of Corea on June 23 at the Corea Post Office.

The oath of office will be administered by Barbara A. Patterson, district manager, customer service and sales, for the District of Maine, U.S. Postal Service.

The new postmaster started her career with the Postal Service in 1988 as a postmaster relief at the Corea Post Office and has served in that capacity until her recent appointment as postmaster.

As postmaster Thibault is responsible for one other employee and handling the mail for 127 post office boxholders.
