CARIBOU

The following individuals were sentenced July 6 and 7 in Aroostook COunty Superior Court by Justice Paul T. Pierson.

Neal Brady, 26, Van Buren, assault (two counts); first count three years in jail, all but nine months suspended; three years of probation, restitution ordered; second count, four months in jail; violation of temporary order from abuse, four months in jail; criminal mischief, four months in jail.

Ronald Sullivan, 22, Presque Isle, unlawful sexual contact, 18 months in jail, all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation.

John Vaillancout, 27, Presque Isle, burglary (three counts), 30 days in jail on each count, suspended; theft (three counts), 30 days in jail, suspended; $900.

Andrew A. Duprey, 22, Presque Isle, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, seven days in jail, one year license suspension, $750.

Philip H. Bird, 39, Fort Fairfield, operating motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, six months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year of probation, two-year license suspension, $750.

Harley C. Hewitt, 72, Caribou, habitual motor vehicle offender, two years in jail, all but one year suspended, three years of probation; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, 11 months in jail, one year license suspension, $750.

James R. Shaw, 31, Presque Isle, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension, $500.

Stephen H. McEwen, 26, Fort Fairfield, prohibited posession of a firearm, nine months in jail, all but 60 days suspended, one-year license suspension.

Thomas L. Argraves, 25, Presque Isle, habitual motor vehicle offender, 60 days in jail, to be served concurrently with a previous sentence.

Paul Sirois Jr., 37, St. Agatha, assault (two counts); first count, seven months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation; second count, 15 days in jail, to be served concurrently.

FORT KENT

The following cases were disposed of by Judge Ronald A. Daigle in First District Court at Fort Kent Wednesday:

Shawn Foster, 27, Triangle, Va., hunting without a license, $146.

Sidney R. Blair, 38, Eagle Lake, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $300, 48 hours in jail and license suspended for 90 days.

Paul H. McBreairty, 43, Fort Kent, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $400, license suspended for 90 days.

Allen M. Plourde, 21, Eagle Lake, drinking alcoholic beverage in public, $200; and furnishing liquor to a minor, dismissed.

Keith H. Theriault, 26, Daigle Trailer Park, Fort Kent, theft of utility services, $250.

Michael Ouellette, 18, St. Agatha, displaying operators license of another person as his own, $100.

Kevin R. St. Germain, 29, 12 Market St., Fort Kent, passing a stopped school bus, $250.

Robbie Morin, 20, RR 3, Fort Kent, illegal possesion of liquor by a minor, $200.

Julie A. Jackson, 25, Soldier Pond, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $300, 48 hours in jail and license suspended for 90 days.

Paul J. Jean, 26, East Main Street, Fort Kent, trespass, $100.

PRESQUE ISLE

The following cases were among those processed Tuesday and Wednesday, July 7 and 8, in 2nd District Court in Presque Isle by Judge David Griffiths.

Stacy C. Craig, 22, Ashland, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $500, 12 days in jail; operating a motor vehicle after driver’s license suspension, seven days in jail, to be served concurrently with first offense; possession of marijuana, $200; illegal attachment of license plates, dismissed.

Steven P. Farley, 22, Ashland, violation of order to cease harassment, $200.

Michael J. Archer, 19, Mapleton, assault, $200, 48 hours in jail.

Charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor were Peter Michaud, 20, Ashland, $100; and Ronnie Espling, 19, Ashland, $100.

Ronald O. Curtis, 53, Caribou, allowing illegal operation of motor vehicle (two counts), first count $100; second count dismissed.

Edward C. Spence, 33, Fort Fairield, failure to yield right of way, $100.

Jennifer D. St. Amand, 17, Presque Isle, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, $100.

Lisa G. Murray, 30, Presque Isle, operating a motor vehicle after driver’s license suspension, $100.

Troy E. McLean, 18, Fort Fairfield, providing a place for minor to consume intoxicating liquor, $100.

MADAWASKA

The following cases were among those disposed of by Judge Ronald A. Daigle in First District Courtr at Madawaska Tuesday.

Mark J. Gendreau, 28, RR 1, Lille, violation of number, weight or size of fish, $300.

Patrick J. Daigle, 31, 258 East Main St., Madawaska, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $300, 10 days in jail and license suspended for 90 days.
