Wanda L. Chipman, 30, Thomaston, obstructing government administration, $100.

Charles C. Finley, 18, Rockland, theft, $100.

Lisa M. Carpentier, 26, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, license suspended 90 days.

Jeremy C. Delano, 19, Waldoboro, escape, 48 hours in jail, defendant to be given credit for time served.

William F. Martin, 31, Portland, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, license suspended 90 days.

Kevin C. Sprague, 18, Orono, illegal possession of liquor by minor, $100.

Benjamin J. MacDonald, 20, Hope, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $300, three days in jail, license suspended 90 days.
