The following cases were processed by Judge David B. Griffiths the week of Feb. 3, in 2nd District Court in Houlton. Only those cases with fines totaling more than $100 are listed.

Michael R. Gray, 26, Houlton, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $500, 30 days in jail, license suspended one year; operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license, 30 days in jail; failure to stop for an officer, 30 days in jail; unsworn falsification, 30 days in jail. All sentences are to run concurrently.

Arthur E. Hall, 35, North Amity, assault, $150.

Robert L. Hicks, 42, Fredericton, New Brunswick, operating a motro vehicle after suspension of license — failure to appear, $150.

Luanne McDonald, 30, Oakfield, cruelty to animals, $100.

Susan D. Morrison, 34, Millinocket, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Harris Tucker, 18, Oakfield, cruelty to animals, $100.

Judith A. Turney, 31, Houlton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100.

Molero’s Seafood Products, Yscloskey, La., operating a motor vehicle without state police operating authority, $100

CARIBOU

The following cases were among those processed in 1st District Court in Caribou by Judge Ronald A. Daigle from Jan. 28 to Feb. 7, 1992.

Thomas L. Anderson, 26, Caribou and and Daniel A. Poitras, 28, St. Leonard New Brunswick were charged with operating motor vehicles while under the influence of intoxicating alcohol. They were each sentenced $300 and 90-day driver’s license suspensions.

Daniel A. Lister, 22, Caribou, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating alcohol, $300, jail sentence for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days; operating a motor vehicle after driver’s license suspension, jail sentence for 48 hours concurrent with OUI sentence; assault, $100.

Gregory A. Corriveau, 24, Limestone, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, jail sentence for 30 days with all but seven days suspended, one-year probation, payment of fine within three months, license suspended for one year, $500; and operating a motor vehicle after driver’s license suspension, two-day jail sentence. The jail sentences are to be served concurrently.

Richard Soucie, 20, Caribou, two counts of operating a motor vehicle after driver’s license suspension, seven-day jail sentence on one count and 15-day jail sentence on second count, to be served concurrently. The two counts are to be served concurrently with a 30-day jail sentence from Superior Court for violation of probation.

Charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer were: Dino A. Dinatale, 29, Caribou, jail sentence for 10 days; David G. Hart, 24, Caribou, $100; Beverly J. Pickett, 40, Stockholm, $100; Sherry A. Lopez, 25, Caribou, two counts, restitution of $60 victim on first count, and restitution of $136 to victim on second count, $100 fine on each count.

Eduardo Avinante, 31, Loring Air Force Base, passing a stopped school bus with lights flashing, $250.

Stephen J. Edwards, 19, Loring Air Force Base, speeding, $150.

Roger Farley, 45, Salt Rocky, W. V., log book violation, $100.

Carolyn Hayden, 49, Caribou, negotiating worthless instrument, pay restitution of $71.96 to victim, $100.

Nikki L. Nelson, 19, New Sweden, illegal transportation of liquor by a minor, license suspended for 20 days, $100.
