LINCOLN — The following complaints were heard Oct. 30 in 13th District Court in Lincoln before Judge Susan Calkins:

Robert J. Wyman, 37, Lincoln, possession of deer in closed season, $500, three days in jail.

Brian Cox, 35, Calais, two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $500 for each count, nine months in jail with all but 60 days suspended, sentences to be served concurrently, the right to register a motor vehicle suspended, one year probation, and license suspended for one year; two counts of operating after suspension, nine months in jail with all but 60 days suspended for each, all to be served concurrently with OUI charge.

Robert H. Gaboriault, 18, Cumberland, R.I., permitting unlawful attachment of registration plates, $75.

Brett Clark, 30, Townshend, Vt., two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, three days in jail and license suspended for 90 days.

Wendy Muise, 24, Danforth, negotiating a worthless instrument, $150.

Mary L. Pete, 30, Old Town, failure to provide proof of insurance, dismissed.

R.A. Cummings Inc., Old Town, operating over gross weight, $160.

Ralph T. Edwards, 18, Enfield, failure to provide proof of insurance, dismissed.

Rodney Cummings Inc., Old Town, operating a vehicle exceeding axle weight limits, $850.

Paul R. Martin, 53, Lincoln, loaded firearm in or on a motor vehicle, $100.

Terrance Lyon, 50, Medway, hunting from a motor vehicle, trailer or motor boat, $100.

John R. Albert, 26, Rockport, inadequate tail light, $50.

Scott E. Moody, 34, Lincoln, excessive vehicle weight, $475.

Wayne P. Peters, 36, Mattawamkeag, two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, dismissed.

Randolph Bouchard, 23, Ellsworth, night hunting, $1,000 and three days in jail.

Michael G. Motta, 32, Bristol, Conn., illuminating wildlife, $100, fine suspended; night hunting, $1,000 and three days in jail.

Leslie Page, Lincoln, assault, complaint denied by the District Attorney’s Office.

Sanuel Faulise Jr., 52, Pauctuck, Conn., illuminating wildlife, $200.

Kevin C. Clark, 18, Mattawamkeag, failure to keep right, $75.
